History Lost

History is often forgotten. Whether intentional or accidental. Worse, sometimes, history is also used to gain advantage by various pretexts of development proposals. This real conditions, occurs almost throughout the territory of Indonesia.

To Aceh, can not be denied if the Peureulak is one of the witnesses live. How the struggle, life, and religion developed into a separate identity. However, unfortunately all forgotten.

Any concern over the respect and almost unthinkable sight. Sometimes, respect is only a compulsion that made for fun "leaders" are there.

Look at the conditions that occurred in Peureulak.

One is the Memorial Building History of Islam (Monisa) in the village of Paya Meuligoe, Sub City Peureulak, East Aceh. Currently, the state historic site is abandoned and very worrying. In fact, the existence of the building was nearly lost due to no attention from the parties involved.

Besides Monisa existence, the road to that location and a number of surrounding villages are also worried. In fact, for the next generation of Aceh, the existence of this building is very important to remember the history of Islam's first entry into Aceh.

Earlier, in November 2007, Vice Regent of East Aceh, Nasruddin Abubakar had a working visit to review Monisa existence and location of the tomb of the founder of the first Islamic kingdom in Southeast Asia. After all, there were no significant changes have been recognized walu improvement.

Grave of the historic tomb of Sultan Abdul Alaidin Said Azizsyah. Sultan Alaidin with his wife Princess Meurah Mahdum Hudawi the founder's first Islamic kingdom in Southeast Asia on 1 Muharram AH 225 to 249 or 840 until 864 AD.

historic sites not well maintained ..... will all forgotten or deliberately to forget?
